Our jolly good time with “Ginger Rogers Meets New York Fashion Week” must of course close with the ultimate classic. If someone tries to tell me this flirty little Oscar de la Renta dress is not somehow inspired by Ginger’s famously blue, ostrich-featherful “Cheek to Cheek” extravaganza of a gown, I’m inclined to throw something at him/her.
